Hajj: Pilgrims warned against excess luggage

The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has advised pilgrims to strictly adhere to prescribed luggage weights to avoid delays on their return journey from Saudi Arabia. Sheikh Haliru Maraya cited two plane crashes that killed Nigerian pilgrims in 1973 and 1991. He urged pilgrims to be good ambassadors of Kaduna State. The first return flight is scheduled for June 15, 2026.
