Invitation of M23 to Kinshasa: Neither Tshisekedi nor Kankonde, Peter Kazadi Accuses Ibalanky

Peter Kazadi, a member of UDPS, denied Félix Tshisekedi's responsibility for the presence of M23 members in Kinshasa and the release of some rebel leaders. He claims the initiative came from a person now part of the rebellion, who informed the former Minister of Interior, Gilbert Nkankonde, and requested the lifting of legal proceedings against them. Kazadi also accuses Joseph Kabila of signing release orders that the Tshisekedi government merely carried out, and disputes calling those present in the capital rebels, stating they were seeking reintegration.
