Official: FIFA orders Libyan Federation to pay 538 million FCFA to Aliou Cissé

Aliou Cissé won his dispute against the Libyan Football Federation. FIFA ordered the LFF to pay him 820,000 euros (538 million FCFA) for salary arrears. Appointed as Libya's head coach in March 2025 with a monthly salary of $80,000, he went unpaid for eight months, leading to his departure in April 2026. He has since become the head coach of Angola.
