Koblata (Bouaflé): KAPANVA, an initiative by MUDEKO to empower four youths

The KAPANVA initiative by the Mutual Development of Koblata (MUDEKO) was launched on August 29, 2026, to support four youths towards autonomy, including Bouikalo Bi Irié, who aims to create a fish shop. One million CFA francs has been mobilized to assist them, and they will also receive training and infrastructure support. MUDEKO president Kouakou Didier Célestin emphasized the importance of education and youth employment in this approach.
