Amani Festival: 35,000 Festival-goers Expected in Lubumbashi

Prime Minister Judith Suminwa inaugurated the 11th edition of the Amani Festival in Lubumbashi on April 10, 2026, under the theme: 'Redevenir'. Over twenty artists and 35,000 festival-goers are expected at the Kiwele school complex, where various activities, including concerts and panels on cultural and environmental themes, will be held. Festival director Guillaume Bisimwa Baguma emphasized that peace is central to this event, which will last for three days.
