Catholic Knight who denounced Christianity over non-recognition of Ifeanyi Ubah arrested in Nnewi

Sir James Louis Okoye, a former Catholic Knight of St John International, was arrested in Nnewi after performing a public cleansing ritual. He had previously denounced Christianity during the opening of Our Lady of Assumption Church due to the church's failure to recognize the late Senator Ifeanyi Ubah's contributions to the cathedral's construction. Okoye was excommunicated by the Knights of St John International and claimed he had permission from the traditional ruler of Nnewi before his cleansing act.
