Electricity: TCN records 276 tower vandalism in 3 years

The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) reported 276 cases of infrastructure vandalism from 2022 to 2025. During a sensitization event in Ewekoro, TCN's regional manager, Engr. Adeshina Adeonipekun, noted that measures have been implemented to reduce vandalism, including awareness programs and community collaboration. The community leader, HRM Abdul Fatai Akorede Akamo, emphasized the importance of holding such initiatives annually.
