Moulaye N., 32, is suspected of defrauding around 15 women he met at upscale Paris venues, including Le Matignon, L’Arc and Boum Boum. Opeifa acknowledged, however, that Rigasa station in Kaduna was adopted hurriedly and lacked adequate access control.
