NARD suspends nationwide strike; resident doctors resume on Wednesday.

The Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) at the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan will resume work at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday following the suspension of the nationwide strike by the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). This decision came after an Extraordinary National Executive Council meeting, where NARD directed members to return to work after the federal government agreed to address some of their demands. No new patients will be admitted at UCH until Wednesday morning, as doctors will focus on current patients.
