Senate to Get World Bank-Funded System to Monitor County Assembly Resolutions

Kenya’s State Department for Devolution is seeking a consultant to design and develop an online database to track resolutions passed by county assemblies. The platform is intended to support the Senate’s constitutional role in representing counties and protecting their interests, while improving coordination, transparency and access to county legislative decisions. The consultancy will be funded through the World Bank-financed Second Kenya Devolution Support Programme (KDSP-II). Applicants must submit a CV and professional credentials by 11 a.m. on November 12, 2026.
