Men jailed for violence at Henry Nowak protest in Southampton

Two men, Connor Bishop (24) and Leon O'Leary (41), have been jailed for violent disorder at a protest in Southampton following the murder of Henry Nowak. Bishop received two years and eight months, O'Leary three years and one month. The protest turned violent after police released bodycam footage showing Nowak, 18, handcuffed and dying after being stabbed by Vickrum Digwa, who was jailed for life. Eleven police officers and a police dog were injured by missiles. A total of 21 people have been charged.
