Mali: FAMa Deals a Blow to Terrorists and Seizes a Large Lot of Motorcycles

From April 1 to 3, 2026, the Malian Armed Forces (FAMa) conducted an anti-terrorist operation in the Tombouctou region, neutralizing several fighters and intercepting a logistical convoy. The soldiers seized two trucks loaded with KTM Sanili motorcycles, fuel, and communication equipment, as well as a military vehicle stolen in 2018. Colonel Seydou Bassirou Niangadou stated that security missions will continue relentlessly in the region.
