High Court Temporarily Lifts Suspension of Nicco Movers Licence

The High Court has temporarily lifted the suspension of Nicco Movers Sacco's operating licence, allowing the company to continue operating until further directions on September 22. This decision came after the Sacco, through its lawyer Danstan Omari, challenged the Transport Licensing Appeals Board's ruling that suspended Nicco Movers' operations due to safety concerns. An inspection of 51 vehicles found that only six met the required safety standards.
