2027: Shun vote-buying, money politics, violence - Ogun PDP’s Sowunmi-Kolapo tells Muslims

Lateefat Yemi Sowunmi-Kolapo, the PDP deputy governorship candidate in Ogun State, urged Muslims to reject vote-buying, violence, and to actively participate in elections to elect morally upright leaders. She emphasized the importance of community involvement and peaceful voting, supporting PDP candidate Ladi Adebutu. During her decoration as Grand Matron of the Ogun State Muslim Council, she stressed the need for morally upright leaders to ensure socio-economic stability. She also warned against money politics, which may lead to demands for favors after taking office.
