“I didn’t get to benefit from Diomande”: Demichelis recounts discovering the Ivorian’s talent

Martin Demichelis said he had little time to work with Yan Diomande after taking charge of Leipzig in July, because the Ivorian forward was playing at the World Cup. He said he knows the player mainly from watching him on television or a computer. Demichelis praised Diomande’s strength, speed, ability in tight spaces and versatility on either wing with both feet. He believes joining Real Madrid can help the forward reach another level.
