Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo says the Igbo must overcome divisions and build alliances with other regions to improve their chances of producing Nigeria’s president. Soludo and his party, APGA, will back Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027 and will not field a presidential candidate. Aburime also defended Tinubu’s economic reforms, including the removal of the fuel subsidy and foreign-exchange reforms.
