Fulani communities in Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State have paid N4.5 million in compensation to 38 farmers after their farms were destroyed by herders. The payment, facilitated by the Commander of Sector 5 of Operation Enduring Peace, followed an agreement reached on August 19, 2026. Isa Shiga Dajji, the Fulani Ardo of Tarangol District, confirmed that this compensation aims to promote mutual understanding between farming and herding communities.
