Keke riders protest alleged harassment, extortion by police in Warri

Commercial tricycle operators (Keke riders) marched to the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue (DBIR) office on Wednesday to protest alleged police harassment, extortion, and illegal arrests in Warri.
