The Kenya Meteorological Service Authority (KMSA) advised farmers to adopt moisture-conservation practices like mulching, minimum tillage, and rainwater harvesting due to near-average to below-average rainfall expected in most regions in June. The advisory comes as the WMO warns of developing El Niño conditions.
