Royal Mabati, Vintage Mabati fight over trademarks, designs

Royal Mabati Factory Ltd has filed a lawsuit against Vintage Mabati Mills Ltd for trademark and design infringement related to its registered intellectual property. The company is seeking Sh50 million in damages and a permanent injunction against the use of its trademarks.
