ZTE Cameroon, a subsidiary of the Chinese group ZTE, is excluded from public procurement until August 12, 2028, following the termination of its contract for the National Emergency Telecommunications Network (RNTU). This exclusion, recorded by the ARMP, is justified by non-compliance with contractual clauses and abandonment of the project. The termination decision dates back to July 17, 2024, although the registration occurred in 2026.
