Shettima to CCB: Remain apolitical, sustain digitization to maintain global standards

Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima urged the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) to remain apolitical and maintain independence to function with integrity. He emphasized the importance of digitization to allow public officials to declare their assets and liabilities electronically. Dr. Abdullahi Usman Bello, CCB chairman, thanked the government for its support and noted that the bureau has strengthened its verification and anti-corruption efforts.
