Kinshasa Provincial Police Commissioner Warns Against Abuses and Indiscipline

During a parade on July 13, 2026, at the Martyrs Stadium, the provincial commissioner of the Congolese National Police, Israel Kantu, condemned abusive vehicle seizures and intimidation of users by some officers, especially at the Mont des Arts-Huilerie intersection.
