Russian attacks kill four as Ukraine continues to target oil infrastructure

Russian air strikes on Kramatorsk killed four people, including a teenager, and injured nine others. Ukraine's military said it struck two major Russian oil refineries, an oil terminal and a depot, as well as 10 tankers in the Sea of Azov. The Ilsky refinery and Ust-Luga complex were hit. Ukrainian drone forces commander Robert Brovdi said nearly 50 fuel-carrying vessels have been damaged this week as part of a strategy to limit Russian fuel supplies and isolate Crimea.
