A forest guard, Zakari Usman, has been arrested by the Nigerian Army for allegedly sending a fake letter about bandit attacks to a community in Kwara. In another incident, bandits abducted a farm owner and killed a laborer in the same area. Additionally, security forces rescued 17 pupils recently kidnapped from an Islamic school in Kogi State, while 10 suspected terrorists were arrested in North Central Nigeria.
