Pastef: The Merger Between Malick Gakou and Ousmane Sonko Finally Compromised

The merger-acquisition of Malick Gakou's Grand Party (GP) by Pastef, announced on June 5 in Dakar, is challenged by a group of GP officials. Led by Papa Médoune Sow, they petitioned the Ministry of the Interior on June 11 to denounce the lack of internal consultation and question the legality of the process.
