IFC Report: Morocco's Cultural Creative Industries Remain Underfinanced Despite Growth Potential

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) report emphasizes that Morocco's Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs), despite their significant potential for economic growth and job creation, remain underfinanced. In 2021, CCIs received less than 0.5% of all business credit, with only 3% of creative businesses having access to financing. IFC recommends developing a national strategy for the sector to address financial challenges and enhance coordination among stakeholders.
