DRC: Opposition united against a constitutional reform

Major opposition parties in the Democratic Republic of Congo have formed a coalition called C64 to oppose a constitutional revision. They accuse Félix Tshisekedi's government of seeking to extend its mandate following the announcement of a constitutional referendum. Nicolas Lenga, leader of the Envol party, described this initiative as an authoritarian drift and a declaration of war against the Congolese people.
