Call for Applications: The Position of Dahirou Thiam, DG of ARTP, Put Under Competition

The Senegalese government has launched a call for applications for the position of Director General of the Telecommunications and Posts Regulatory Authority (ARTP), as part of the New Deal Technologique and the Senegal 2050 Agenda. This initiative aims to strengthen transparency and merit in strategic appointments. The current DG, Dahirou Thiam, considered close to the Pastef party and Ousmane Sonko, is being replaced. Applications are open until August 6, 2026.
