Côte d'Ivoire secured €25 million (16.39 billion FCFA) from the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to modernize its economy. The announcement was made on June 11, 2026, following a meeting on June 4 in Abidjan. Of the 34 selected projects, ten involve Ivorian companies, plus the strategic ATLANTE project. These projects cover SME competitiveness, digital transformation, circular economy, sustainable agriculture, etc., aligned with the National Development Plan 2026-2030.
