Kamuina Nsapu Case: SCED Demands Prosecution of 'Real Masterminds'

The Congolese Society for the Rule of Law (SCED) calls for the reopening of the Kamuina Nsapu case files to obtain reparations for victims and to sanction the real perpetrators. The organization believes that only the executors have been tried, while the masterminds, including certain authorities from that time, have never been prosecuted. SCED also criticizes the use of the death penalty in the High Military Court's verdict and notes that several cases related to crimes against Congolese citizens, such as those of Mulombodi, Nganza, and Tshisuku, have never been investigated.
