Rental Dispute: FDSUT Ordered to Pay Over 98 Million FCFA to ARTP

The commercial court ordered the Universal Telecommunications Development Fund (FDSUT) to pay 98,897,400 FCFA to the Telecommunications and Posts Regulatory Authority (ARTP) for unpaid rent. ARTP was represented by Bergmann Real Estate Agency SARL, led by Amadou DIALLO, with counsel Me Abou Abdoul DAFF. The court ruled by default in first instance, rejecting the plaintiff's additional claims and ordering FDSUT to bear all costs. No provisional execution was granted.
