Transfer: Monaco reject Chelsea's £38.5m bid for Camara, two players leave Arsenal

Monaco has rejected a £38.5m bid from Chelsea for Lamine Camara. Chelsea is looking for replacements for Enzo Fernandez and is also discussing a £52m deal with Roma for Manu Kone. Additionally, Ethan Nwaneri is set to leave Arsenal to join Borussia Dortmund on a season-long loan, while Arsenal has agreed to sell Fabio Vieira to Hamburg for around £7.7m.
