Oxfam has launched a project to strengthen the health system's resilience in the DRC, funded by Global Affairs Canada with an amount of 14,088,268 USD. This seven-year program aims to improve access to quality health services for approximately 165,768 people in the Equateur province. It includes the rehabilitation of 16 health centers and the improvement of access to water, hygiene, and sanitation.

Iran health response receives USD 0.8 Million from the Contingency Fund for Emergencies

The World Health Organization has released USD 800,000 from its Contingency Fund for Emergencies to support the health response in Iran over a three-month period. This funding aims to sustain essential health services and restore critical infrastructure as the health system faces strain after weeks of hostilities.
