2027: Kano lawmaker, Wakili dumps ADC

Hon. Sani Adamu Wakili, the representative for Minjibir/Ungogo Federal Constituency in Kano State, has resigned from the African Democratic Congress (ADC). In a resignation letter dated April 30, 2026, he stated that recent national developments made his continued participation in the party untenable. Wakili expressed his commitment to his constituents and thanked the party for the opportunity to serve.
