Marking its 10th anniversary, the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF) is demanding that the minimum derivation allocation for oil-producing states rise from 13% to 50%. National Chairman Amb. Godknows Igali also called for an end to the onshore/offshore distinction in revenue allocation, faster completion of the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway and urgent cleanup of the Niger Delta.
