ASER–AEE Power Case: Thierno Alassane Sall Welcomes the Financial Prosecutor's Statement

Deputy Thierno Alassane Sall welcomed the Financial Prosecutor's statement regarding the case between ASER and AEE Power. He filed a complaint in October 2024 for forgery, use of forgery, and embezzlement of public funds. The Prosecutor revealed several ongoing procedures, including a complaint by AEE Power EPC SAU for attempted fraud and a DIC investigation into a fake receipt of 918 million FCFA.
