Ukraine war heading toward conclusion - Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin indicated that the conflict in Ukraine, which has lasted over four years, could soon come to an end. Speaking in Moscow, he noted that Ukrainian President Zelensky was ready for a personal meeting, stating that Russia had never refused such discussions. Putin also criticized Western elites, claiming they were fighting Russia through Ukrainians, while announcing advancements in economic relations between Russia and China.
