Local Authorities: A Unified Mutual Insurance for Staff Now Established

The personnel of local authorities in Côte d’Ivoire now benefit from a unified mutual insurance framework following the signing of a merger agreement between MUSFACT-CI and other mutuals and trade unions, under the auspices of Dr Fidel Yapi. MUSFACT-CI, the only mutual in the sector with legal recognition since February 2025, provides social protection mechanisms including medical coverage and risk management. This initiative aims to strengthen solidarity, efficiency, and action capacity for the benefit of territorial agents.
