Moscow, BRICS, geopolitics: Ahoua Don Mello on strategic mission in Russia

Dr. Ahoua Don Mello has been in Russia since May 7, 2026, for a diplomatic and scientific mission invited by the BRICS Alliance. He is participating in the May 9 celebrations and high-level sessions on conflicts in Ukraine and Iran, as well as the jihadist threat in Mali. His visit also includes preparations for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and a visit to Kazan University to establish scientific cooperation between Africa and Russia.
