Benin: Waste on RNIE 1, 2 and markets, Koty grants 96 hours for removal

Road users and market vendors in Abomey-Calavi have 96 hours to remove waste from public spaces, according to a statement from Mayor Nathanaël Koty. The municipality has observed waste deposits obstructing roads and drainage systems. After this deadline, removal operations will be conducted in collaboration with law enforcement. The Waste Management and Sanitation Company (SGDS SA) is mobilized to ensure waste collection and treatment in the municipality.
