Falconets held by Korea in pre-World Cup friendly

Nigeria's Falconets were held to a 1-1 draw by Korea Republic in their last friendly ahead of the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. Mary Mamudu scored the opening goal for Nigeria just before the half-hour mark, having also netted in the 1-0 victory over Poland. Korea equalized from the penalty spot 12 minutes from the end. The Falconets will now focus on their opening World Cup match against Spain on September 7.
