Iran unlocks assets of a female footballer after she withdraws her asylum request

Iranian authorities have unblocked the assets of Zahra Ghanbari, captain of the women's football team, after she withdrew her asylum request in Australia. This decision follows a change in her behavior, according to the judiciary. Ghanbari was on a list of individuals labeled as 'traitors' whose assets were frozen after the onset of the war with Israel and the United States. Five other players from the team also withdrew their asylum requests and returned to Iran.
