Transfer: Chelsea close on second summer sale

Chelsea is close to finalising their second summer sale after recently selling Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid. Standard Sport reports that West Brom are advancing in talks to sign Chelsea striker Jimmy-Jay Morgan on a permanent deal. The Blues want between £1-1.5 million for the England youth international as well as a sizeable sell-on clause. The 20-year-old has yet to make his senior debut for Chelsea despite scoring 21 goals in 46 appearances for the club's Under-21s.
