NTSA Clarifies Printed Logbooks Will Not Be Converted to eLogbooks

On June 11, 2026, the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) announced that printed vehicle logbooks will not be converted to eLogbooks. Director General Nashon Kondiwa stated that eLogbooks will only be generated upon application and payment of registration fees. Vehicle owners can download their eLogbook via the NTSA portal and verify its authenticity through the mobile app. NTSA warned against sharing personal information with third parties claiming to facilitate eLogbook issuance.
