Three herders missing, five cows killed by local militias in Plateau - MACBAN

The Plateau State chapter of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) reported that a local militia attacked herders in Izovo, Miango district, resulting in three herders going missing and five cows being killed. MACBAN Chairman Ibrahim Yusuf Babayo described the attack as unprovoked and called for security agencies to investigate. He warned that such acts threaten the livelihoods of Fulani pastoralists and could escalate tensions in the state.
