Afrik Fashion Week 2026: 18th Edition Celebrates African Materials and Creativity

The 18th Afrik Fashion Week will take place in Abidjan from November 11 to 15, 2026, under the theme “Materials and Creativity.” The shows will spotlight textiles and fibres such as woven pagne, raffia, kinté and bazin, reimagined in contemporary designs. An opening conference on November 11 will bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, institutions and experts to discuss support for African brands, including financing, communications and market access. General commissioner Isabelle Anoh aims to help build strong brands and turn Africa’s textile heritage and creative potential into sustainable economic activity.
