Tinubu mandates Gbajabiamila, Masari to supervise APC NASS primaries

President Bola Tinubu has tasked his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, and Special Adviser on Political Matters, Ibrahim Masari, with overseeing the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections for Senate and House of Representatives seats ahead of the 2027 general elections. The supervisory team will work closely with state governors and the party's National Working Committee to ensure peaceful and transparent primaries. While this team focuses on political coordination, the APC National Secretariat will continue to organize the primaries in accordance with the Electoral Act and party guidelines.
