Spain’s PM says no evidence Morocco planned Ceuta border rush

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez stated that there is no evidence that Morocco orchestrated the surge of 70,000 people into the enclave of Ceuta. While he acknowledged that Moroccan police allowed crossings during a peak period, he emphasized that no institution provided solid evidence of planning for the incident. Approximately 5,000 migrants, including 1,200 children, remain in Ceuta, despite the rapid return of most migrants by Moroccan authorities.
