Mali: Popular demonstration in support of the military government

Several hundred people gathered in Bamako to support the ruling junta as a new wave of jihadist attacks hit the center of the country. These attacks, claimed by the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims (JNIM), resulted in dozens of deaths. A traditional hunter, dozo, expressed a desire to fight alongside soldiers on the ground.
